A party project developed under the Christmas / Circus concept, fully managed by MOZ in the roles of Promoter, Creative, and Full Production.
The scope of work covered every stage of the process, from concept development, overall show direction, character and costume design for performers, to production design and complete on-site operations management.
The main challenge of this project was blending the festive spirit of Christmas with the vibrant world of the circus, while maintaining a bold, high-energy atmosphere and clearly expressing the unique identity of the Hiw Weed team through every performance.
From pre-production, show structure planning, and on-site preparation, to live show control on the event night, every step was designed and executed by a single integrated team to ensure a seamless and fully immersive experience.
This project is another example of MOZ’s approach to end-to-end project management, delivering complete solutions from concept development to on-ground execution.
